在国内市场经济体制不断改善与成熟的背景下,社会经济呈现出高速发展的趋势,一定程度上推动了建设项目的发展,使其规模快速且持续地增长。然而,在此形势之下,工程造价管理人员也同样面临着严峻的工作挑战,即如何对建设项目造价全过程管理进行有效地控制,以保证建设单位能够获取更为理想的经济与社会效益。为此,文章将建设项目工程造价的全过程管理作为研究重点,阐述了相关问题,以供参考。
Under the background of continuous improvement and maturity of the domestic market economic system, the social economy has shown a trend of rapid development and to a certain extent promoted the development of construction projects so that the scale of the economy is growing rapidly and continuously. However, under this circumstance, project cost management personnel also face the severe work challenge, that is, how to effectively control the whole process of construction project cost so as to ensure that construction units can obtain better economic and social benefits. Therefore, the article takes the whole process management of construction project cost as the research focus and expounds the related issues for reference.
