我公司1台 XKT 系列直径2 m 提升机,在2005年检修过程中发现高速轴一轴齿沿节圆附近断裂,断口长60mm,高速轴其它部位良好。有两种解决办法:一是更换;二是修复。若能可靠修复将是最经济最合理的处理方案,我们选择了焊补修复。1 断裂原因分析轴齿齿面没有点蚀、塑性变形、腐蚀等缺陷,磨损量不大,齿轮啮合情况良好,根据这种情况分析断裂原因属非正常使用断裂,可能是制造时材料内部有缺陷,比如细小裂纹等,在使用过程中交变应力导致
