本试验用~(14)CO_2研究了黑穗醋栗(Ribes nigrum L.)~(14)C同化物日输出分配动态,结果表明,在新梢速长期,一天中新生枝中部叶片碳素同化物有两次输出高峰,下午1点30分到4点30分输出缓慢;叶片中合成的碳素同化物于第三天在体内达到稳定的分配值;叶片中的碳素同化物输出后随即向上、向下双向运输。
