Kjeldsen-Kragh et al. Reported dieting and vegetarian benefits in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). The authors achieved good results with a diet rich in uncooked food, grain-free or dairy-free. The therapy is based in part on the authors’ hypothesis that enterocytes in most patients do not adapt to modern foods. This is because very few people were previously suffering from RA, and RA is often accompanied by small intestinal abnormalities (intestinal mucosal damage and intestinal wall permeability is too strong). The main difference between ancient and modern diet is the intake of cereals and milk and cooking time is too long, the author believes that these factors should be avoided.
