目的了解安徽省蒙城县出生缺陷的发生情况及产妇特征,为今后防治工作及制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法对2008年1月至2009年12月通过淮河流域出生登记管理系统收集的缺陷儿资料进行分析。结果 2008年1月至2009年12月期间出生缺陷报告发生率为22.0‰,2008年报告发生率为16.1‰,2009年报告发生率为26.9‰;男性出生缺陷报告发生率为22.9‰,高于女性的20.6‰。这些缺陷儿中出生活产儿占84.3%,产后42天内确诊559例,占91.3%。主要诊断依据为临床诊断占84.3%。诊断为出生缺陷后引产的仅占出总生缺陷的5.1%。2008年前五位缺陷种类依次为脐疝、副耳及其他畸形、神经管畸形、多/并指(趾)、马蹄足内翻,2009年前五位缺陷类型为副耳及其它畸形、脐疝、多/并指(趾)、唇/腭裂、马蹄足内翻。结论安徽省蒙城县2008和2009两年出生缺陷报告发生率均高于我国三网人群监测出生缺陷发生率,两年出生缺陷报告发生率不同,均为男高于女。脐疝、副耳及其他畸形为两年内最主要的缺陷类型。
Objective To understand the occurrence and maternal characteristics of birth defects in Mengcheng County, Anhui Province, and to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control work and the formulation of intervention measures in the future. Methods The data of defects collected from the birth registration management system of Huaihe River Basin from January 2008 to December 2009 were analyzed. Results The incidence of birth defects was 22.0 ‰ between January 2008 and December 2009, the incidence was 16.1 ‰ in 2008 and 26.9 ‰ in 2009. The incidence of male birth defects was 22.9 ‰, which was higher than 20.6 ‰ of women. 84.3% of these children with live birth defects, 559 cases within 42 days of postpartum diagnosis, accounting for 91.3%. The main diagnosis based on clinical diagnosis accounted for 84.3%. Induction of birth after diagnosis of birth defects accounted for only 5.1% of birth defects. The top five types of defects in 2008 were umbilical hernia, vice ear and other deformities, neural tube defects, multiple / combined digits and clubfoot. The top five types of defects in 2009 were Auxiliaries and other deformities, Hernia, multiple / and finger (toe), lip / cleft palate, clubfoot varus. Conclusion The incidence of birth defects reported in Mengcheng County, Anhui Province in 2008 and 2009 are both higher than the incidence of birth defects monitored by three-nets in China. The incidence of birth defects in two years are different, both of which are higher than that of women. Umbilical hernia, vice ears and other deformities for the most important types of defects within two years.
