发展棉花生产,单靠提高棉花收购价格是不行的。根本的途径是什么呢?笔者认为,是依靠内部挖潜,提高植棉效益。如何做到依靠内部挖潜,提高植棉效益?针对我县实际情况,笔者认为应当抓好如下3个方面:
Developing cotton production can not be achieved solely by raising the price of cotton. What is the fundamental way? I believe that is to rely on internal potential, improve cotton efficiency. How to relying on the internal tapping potential to improve cotton benefits? According to the actual situation in our county, I believe that we should do the following three aspects:
