文章通过对长拳运动内涵的阐释,从不同角度对长拳运动教育价值进行审视,主要从长拳运动具有塑造人格,追求身心价值的重要效用,培养爱国情感的教育价值,培养中华精神的教育价值,是提高防身御敌技艺的重要内容这四个方面论述了其修身教育价值。
Through the interpretation of the connotation of Changquan sport, the paper examines the value of Changquan sport education from different perspectives.
