复方丹参方是我国传统医药常用方剂之一,主要由丹参、三七和冰片三味药组成。药理研究表明,该方可有效改善心功能、减轻缺血/再灌注损伤的作用。目前该方药及其制剂已广泛用于心脑血管疾病的治疗。随着研究的深入,复方丹参方的物质基础及作用机制逐渐明晰,对其主要成分的代谢产物的研究也不断深入。该文就丹参酮Ⅰ、丹参酮ⅡA、隐丹参酮、丹参素、原儿茶醛、丹酚酸B、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、三七皂苷R1等9个主要成分的代谢产物的研究进展进行综述,为阐明复方丹参方在体内的代谢过程提供参考。
Fufang Danshen Prescription is one of the commonly used prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine, which mainly consists of Salvia, Panax notoginseng and borneol three herbs. Pharmacological studies have shown that the side can effectively improve cardiac function and reduce the role of ischemia / reperfusion injury. At present, the prescription drugs and their preparations have been widely used in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. With the deepening of research, the compound foundation of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and its mechanism of action gradually clear, the main components of its metabolites have also been in-depth study. This article reviews the research progress of metabolites of nine major components of tanshinone Ⅰ, tanshinone Ⅱ A, cryptotanshinone, danshensu, protocatechuic aldehyde, salvianolic acid B, ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Rb1 and notoginsenoside R1 , To provide a reference for elucidating the metabolic process of Fufang Danshen Prescription in vivo.
