为了解石油化工作业环境对工人肺功能的影响,我们于1988年12月应用上海FCY—型残气记录仪对佳木斯石油化工厂的第一线部分工人的用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒时间肺活量占用力肺活量的百分比(FEV_(1.0)/FVC%)和最大呼气中期流速(FEF_(25-75)),最大呼气末期流速(FEF_(75-80))、四项指标进行了测定。并选择年龄、性别、体重、身高、吸烟习惯、劳动强度基本相同的非接触人员做为对照,进行配对研究,共配成9对(男6对,女3对)。对照组四项指标平均值分别为FVC3810 ± 648(ML),FEV_(1.0)/
To understand the impact of the petrochemical operating environment on workers’ lung function, we applied the Shanghai FCY-type residual gas pressure recorder to FVC for the first-line workers in Jiamusi Petrochemical Plant in December 1988. The first second time (FEV_ (1.0) / FVC%) and maximum expiratory flow rate (FEF_ (25-75)), maximum expiratory flow rate (FEF_ (75-80)), and the four indexes were measured . A total of 9 pairs (6 males and 3 females) of non-contact population with similar age, sex, weight, height, smoking habits and labor intensity were selected as the control.
