社会主义市场经济中,由生产资料所有制决定了个人收入分配制度仍是按劳分配为主.但是同计划经济体制下的分配制度相比,从本质内涵到实现形式都有很大的不同.本文从经典作家关于按劳分配的论述入手,应用比较的方法阐明社会主义市场经济中按劳分配制度的特点,阐述与按劳分配并存的其它几种方式.
In the socialist market economy, the system of individual income distribution is still mainly distribution according to work, which is determined by the ownership of means of production. However, compared with the distribution system under the system of planned economy, there are great differences from the essential connotation to the realization form. Starting from the classic writer’s dissertation on the distribution according to work, this paper illustrates the characteristics of the distribution according to work system in socialistic market economy by using comparative method and elaborates on several ways to coexist with distribution according to work.
