对复读生的教学已有半年多时间了,在这半年时间总体感觉学生很听话,在课堂管理上让老师少操了很多心,但通过几次考试总是觉得学生档次不高,成绩不稳定,存在很大变数,针对这个现象,我鼓励学生要稳住心态,自己尽了最大努力,做到考后一百分。复读生中很多学生上课听讲习惯不好,有的学生喜欢低头在下面自己搞,有的学生喜欢玩手指头,有的学生喜欢看窗外,针对这些现象,我严格要求学生上课抬起头来听讲,并且要求他们上课
There have been more than half a year’s teaching for repeat learners. During this time, they feel that the students are very obedient. In the course of class management, the teachers are less eager to practice. However, after passing several examinations, they always feel that the students are of poor grades and unstable results. There are a lot of variables. For this phenomenon, I encourage students to stabilize their minds and do their best to achieve a hundred percent. Many students in the re-reading class have poor listening habits in class. Some students like to bow down and do it themselves. Some students like to play with their fingers. Some students like to look outside the window. For these phenomena, I strictly ask students to raise their heads to attend lectures. And ask them to go to class
