Chinese Academy of Sciences Shanghai Branch chaired the “telluride lead-infrared coating material” appraisal meeting on November 26, 1997 in Shanghai. The accreditation committee consists of Shanghai Tongji University, Shanghai Polytechnic University, Fudan University, Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai Metallurgical Institute of Shanghai Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Optics Instrument Factory, Shanghai Analytical Instrument Factory, Shanghai 104 Institute Expert composition. The participating experts listened to the research and development work report made by the Japanese group, developed the technical report, and verified the performance test report of the group
