以前为了保证中心园的示范、辅导、管理等作用,我镇一直把全镇幼儿教师中的佼佼者集中在一起,以加强中心园的师资力量。时间一长,便出现了不少弊端:长期在村办班工作的幼儿教师孤军作战,少数事业心不强的往往容易对自己放松要求,迟上班早下班,不按要求组织一日活动,加之无人商讨切磋,教学不见长进,致使不少家长舍近求远纷纷让幼儿到中心园入学;而中心园的青年教师,由于常常是在组长、园长的直接指挥甚至“搀扶”下开展各种教学活动的,天长日久,便产生了依赖心理,缺之独立工作能力和创新精神,且总是以被观摩的角色出现于村办班教师面前,不知不觉产生了优越感和骄傲自满的情绪,以至固步自封,停滞不前。
