目的:观察妇科千金软胶囊对盆腔炎大鼠子宫内膜病理组织学改变的影响。方法:采用阴道深部注入苯酚胶浆,建立大鼠盆腔炎模型。60只SD雌性大鼠随机分为6个组:正常组、模型组、阳性药组和妇科千金软胶囊高、中、低剂量组,每组各10只。给药组灌胃给药治疗12d,治疗结束次日取血进行血液流变学检测,取子宫内膜进行病理检查。结果:妇科千金软胶囊组子宫内膜病变较模型组有显著改善。结论:妇科千金软胶囊可有效治疗大鼠实验性盆腔炎。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Gynecological Qianjin Soft Capsules on the pathological changes of endometrium in pelvic inflammatory rats. Methods: A pelvic inflammatory model was established by injecting phenolic glue into the deep vagina. 60 SD female rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal group, model group, positive drug group, and high-, middle-, and low-dose group of Gynecological Qianjin soft capsules, with 10 rats in each group. The administration group was administered intragastrically for 12 days. The blood was collected the next day after the end of the treatment for hemorheological examination. The endometrium was taken for pathological examination. Results: The endometrial lesions in the Gynecological Qianjin soft capsule group were significantly improved compared with the model group. Conclusion: Gynecological Qianjin soft capsule can effectively treat experimental pelvic inflammatory disease in rats.
