本文考虑界面摩擦力对粗糙表面接触性能的影响以及摩擦副表面间存在相对滑动时界面的局部高温对表面膜的影响,推导了考虑摩擦力后粗糙表面塑性指数的表达式,并对粗糙表面的接触性能进行了研究,研究结果表明:摩擦力的存在将影响粗糙表面的塑性变形特征。这种影响将随椭圆比的增加而增加,在研究摩擦表面变形特征时必须考虑这一影响。本文提供的修正塑性指数表达式为进行滑动接触时的接触性能分析提供了有力的工具。
