“让工人在报纸上唱主角”,这个口号提出来已经有几年了。有些地方贯彻得不错。但是,勿庸讳言,有的地方却没有很好地去贯彻,因而,报纸也就很难有大的起色。究其原因,和总编、主编的思想有重重顾虑有关。他们很怕企业领导人问罪下来:“工人唱主角,难道让我在企业里唱配角不成?”我想,我们企业领导人的水平不至于低到如此程度。让工人唱主角的口号,是一个形象的说法,是打个比方。本意是要我们办报的人们要树立群众观点,要树立无产阶级世界观,并不是让我们成天去喊这个口号。办报和唱戏一样,总不能人人都是主角吧?也不能
