本文利用日立氨基酸分析仪对生晒参及红参中的三七素进行测定。结果生晒参中的三七素含量明显高于红参。实验部分一、仪器:日立835氨基酸分析仪。材料来源:生晒参与红参购于靖宇县。二、步骤: 1.标准三七素溶液的制备:经干燥恒重的三七素5mg定容于5ml容量瓶中,摇匀,备用。 2.样品溶液制备:将干燥生晒参样品粉碎过60目筛。准确称取经干燥恒重的样品粉末1g加甲醇20ml,室温放置24h。离心滤取沉淀部分,挥尽甲醇。残渣干燥,加蒸馏水提取3次,每次约8h。离心滤取上清液,合并3次提取液,定容于25ml容量瓶中,备用。红参亦同上法处理。
In this article, Hitachi amino acid analyzer was used to determine the Radix Panax ginseng and Radix Ginseng in the determination of P. The results showed that the content of saponins in dried ginseng was significantly higher than that of red ginseng. Experimental part I. Instrument: Hitachi 835 amino acid analyzer. Source of Material: Sun participated in red ginseng purchase in Jingyu County. Second, the steps: 1. Preparation of standard solution of the three-heptamine: dry and constant weight of feroxalin 5mg volume in a 5ml volumetric flask, shake, spare. 2. Sample solution preparation: The dried green ginseng sample was crushed through a 60 mesh sieve. Accurately weigh and dry the sample powder 1g plus methanol 20ml, room temperature for 24h. The precipitated portion was collected by centrifugation and the methanol was evaporated. The residue was dried and extracted three times with distilled water for about 8 h each time. The supernatant was centrifuged, and the extracts were combined for 3 times. The flask was placed in a 25 ml volumetric flask and used as a backup. Red ginseng is also processed in the same way as above.
