砌体本身属于脆性材料,强度等级低,吸水率高,收缩变形大,对于砌体的胀缩,不同的部位是不相同的,往往是两头大而中间小,当填充砌体与混凝土墙柱之间的连接强度较小且墙体材料的抗拉强度较大时,变形出现在界面处,容易产生界面缝,所以框架砌体填充墙结构的抗震设计已成为工程施工的关键。为此,在总结框架砌体填充墙结构的震情调查和震害分析的基础上,提出了结构概念设计的建议和方法。
