随着现代企业制度的建立健全,党组织在企业中发挥政治核心作用的内容、途径和方式发生了变化,在企业中领导思想政治工作的途径和方式也发生了变化。国有企业党组织如何充分发挥政治核心作用,成为贯彻落实科学发展观的组织者、推动者和实践者,应引起基层党务工作者的深思。本文围绕加强和改进医药营销企业党组织建设、发挥政治核心作用作些粗浅的探讨。
With the establishment and perfection of the modern enterprise system, the contents, methods and ways in which the party organizations play a central role in politics have changed. The ways and means of leading ideological and political work in enterprises have also changed. How the party organizations of state-owned enterprises should give full play to their core political role and become the organizers, promoters and practitioners of implementing the scientific development concept should arouse the thinking of grass-roots party workers. This article focuses on strengthening and improving the party organization of pharmaceutical marketing enterprises and giving some superficial discussion on the role of politics.
