为迎接《行政诉讼法》的实施,省水利厅于1990年9月14日在全厅工作人员大会上,部署《行政诉讼法》实施以前的准备工作:1、除现有水法规外,对尚未完善的方面要抓紧起草,报省审批.2、加强水行政执法体系建设和执法监督,提高执法水平。3、切实做好水行政复议和应诉的准备工作。组建复议和应诉机构,选派熟悉业务、懂法律、能胜任这项工作的人员承担复议和应诉任务。
