对1980～1985年诊治的44例年逾70岁的膀胱癌患者进行了诊断方法、处理原则的分析,重点提出膀胱全切术的改进意见和晚期无法切除癌引起顽固性血尿的处理经验。
44 cases of bladder cancer diagnosed and treated from 1980 to 1985 were diagnosed and analyzed according to the principles of diagnosis and treatment. Emphasis was put on the improvement of total bladder resection and the experience of refractory hematuria caused by unresectable cancer in the late stage.
