锥形的零件在工厂里很多,例如顶尖、退拔塞规、磨轮轴等。这种形状的工件淬火以后,测定表面硬度很困难。主要是因为工件一头大一头小,在硬度计上放不平。现在介绍一种工具,可以很方便的解决这一问题。工具的构造如图1,是由两个零件组成。底座1放在硬度计的升降螺杆上。它的上面有一个圆弧形的凹槽,弧形的半径是65公厘。凹槽中镶有垫块2,两个零件的接触面是经过磨光的,能很好的滑动。这种工具使用很方便,将要测定的工件的重心放在另外的支架上,要测定
