以就业为导向,以能力为核心,面向市场、面向技术、面向应用,培养综合素质优良的高级技能人才,是当前高职教育的办学方向,也是确立高职教育课程理念的依据。本文在分析高职学生职业指导存在师资力量单一、职业指导方法陈旧等问题的基础上,论述了广东某高职院校(以下简称“广东某校”)在实践校企“双主体”人才培养模式过程中,通过“教学企业”、“互聘共培”、以提高学生整体素养,提高学生就业能力和社会适应能力为切入点,利用现代信息技术手段等方法,激发学生的职业规划兴趣,为学生今后职业发展定位,进而增强学生就业的核心竞争力,提高学生的就业质量和专业对口率,实现了高职学生更高质量的职业指导。
