为了解决颗粒页岩干镏问题,特选定了百叶窗炉,炉型的特点是气流横通,分布均匀,页岩床层薄,压力损失小,经试验证明采油效率可达82.5%(净油),综合采油率可达94.1%,干馏时间2小时。热量消耗较大,比抚顺式干馏炉大40%左右,但整个炉子热量可自给自足,经计算结果每吨页岩尚可能剩余10万仟卡热量。为了进一步从实际中加以验证,目前正在进行试验。至于百叶窗炉干馏煤的问题,经过初步探索试验,认为炉子稍加改装,干馏煤是有可能的。
