多年来,中国电信一直较为注重经营指标的增长,而忽视了客户感知和经营信誉,一些传统、僵化、滞后的发展方式,一些粗放、简单、重复的营销,一些叠加、组合、短期的产品策略,引起了客户的反感,使得客户对产品接受、服务感知以及企业的信任度都在逐步下降,形成了后续经营的阻力。同时,传统的发展方式和经营模式也难以适应新的发展、新的竞争,传统的固网运营模式已明显不适应剧烈竞争、快速发展的态势。因此,笔者认为只有在科学发展观的指引下,转变发展方式,追求有质量、有效益、可持续的发展,才能真正实现建设幸福强企的目标。

Therefore, I believe that only under the guidance of the scientific concept of development, changing the mode of development, the pursuit of quality, efficiency and sustainable development, the real goal of building a happy strong enterprise.
