1979～1986年,我院儿科收治的中度以上脱水及酸中毒患儿中,发现3例肺部出现一过性湿罗音,现报告如下。 例1 男,2岁。呕吐、腹泻两天入院。大便一日20余次,为蛋花样便,伴非喷射性呕吐胃内容物,日3～4次。无发热咳嗽,无流清涕及打喷嚏,尿量明显减少。体查:体温37℃,急性病容,皮肤弹性差,眼窝凹陷,呼吸稍深快,唇樱红。无三凹征。心脏正常。左肺肩胛角处可闻及中小水泡音。腹软,肠鸣稍强,四肢温度稍低,无病理反射。
From 1979 to 1986, more than moderate dehydration and acidosis children admitted to our hospital pediatric, found in 3 cases of pulmonary wet rales, the report is as follows. No fever, cough, runny nose and sneezing, urine output decreased significantly. Physical examination: body temperature 37 ℃, acute disease, skin elasticity is poor, sunken eyes, breathing slightly faster, lip cherry red. No three concave sign. The heart is normal. Left lung scapular at the smell of small and medium blisters sound. Abdominal soft, slightly stronger bowel, limbs slightly lower temperature, no pathological reflex.
