当前,尽管大多数高职院校在人才培养过程中已意识到学生职业素质培养的重要性,也采取了很多途径和手段对学生进行职业素质培养,但实际的效果却不太理想。为了更加深入、全面了解高职学生职业素质内涵建设现状,笔者以北京电子科技职业学院领导和教师、校企合作企事业单位领导及企业一线班组长、在校学生及学生家长作为调查对象进行了问卷调查,共发出问卷1,000份,回收有效问卷983份,有效回收率
At present, although most vocational colleges have realized the importance of cultivating students ’professional qualities in the process of talent cultivation, they have taken many ways and means to cultivate students’ professional qualifications, but the actual results are not very satisfactory.
