以“鄂西瓜16号”和“佳优”2个西瓜品种为试材,以西瓜自根为对照,研究了‘京欣砧4号’、‘新土佐’、‘H22’及‘H08-6’等4个砧木嫁接对2个西瓜品种生长发育、品质及产量的影响。结果表明:嫁接能增强西瓜的生长速率,单瓜质量和产量分别提高21%和35%,而维生素C含量和可溶性蛋白质含量分别降低了20.8%和13.5%,对果形指数无显著影响,对皮厚和可溶性固形物含量的影响不仅与砧木品种有关,还与西瓜接穗品种紧密相关。
Taking “Watermelon 16” and “Jiayou” as materials, the watermelon root was used as control to study the effects of ’Jingxinqin 4’, ’Xintuzao’, ’H22’ and ’H08-6’ and other four rootstock grafting on the growth and development of two watermelon varieties, quality and yield. The results showed that grafting could enhance the growth rate of watermelon, the quality and yield of single melon increased by 21% and 35%, while the content of vitamin C and soluble protein decreased by 20.8% and 13.5% respectively, but had no significant effect on fruit shape index. The effects of skin thickness and soluble solids content are not only related to rootstock varieties but also closely related to watermelon scion varieties.
