目的:针对临床复发性口腔溃疡采用饮食控制方法的缓解效果进行探讨。方法:针对40例复发性口腔溃疡患者采用食物不耐受特异性IgG抗体检测不耐受食物,并对患者三个月忌食相应食物后发作复发性口腔溃疡情况进行观察,采取饮食控制方法对复发性口腔溃疡的缓解效果进行评价。结果:前三位不耐受食物依次为蟹、鸡蛋与牛奶。对患者控制不耐受食物三个月后,缓解复发性口腔溃疡达75%左右。结论:通过对食物不耐受特异性IgG抗体的检测,能够有效治疗复发性口腔溃疡。
Objective: To investigate the remission effect of diet control method for clinical recurrent oral ulcer. Methods: 40 cases of recurrent oral ulcer patients with food intolerance of specific IgG antibodies to detect intolerance of food, and the patient three months after eating food-related recurrent oral ulcers were observed to take diet control method Recurrent oral ulcer remission was evaluated. Results: The first three intolerant foods were crab, egg and milk in turn. Three months after the patient’s control of intolerant food, relief of recurrent oral ulcers reached about 75%.
