随着高职院教学实践改革深入进行,需要结合高职院校实际情况,采用柔性管理方式,提升管理的效率,建立完善的管理机制,为学生学习和生活创造良好的环境。但是在实际采用柔性化管理过程中,受到各方面因素的影响,存在很多问题,严重影响了高职院校柔性化管理效果。因此,高职院校需要改进当前的管理理念,明确柔性化管理目标,满足实际需要。
With the deepening reform of teaching practice in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to combine the actual situation of higher vocational colleges with flexible management methods to improve the efficiency of management and establish a sound management mechanism to create a good environment for students to learn and live. However, in the actual adoption of flexible management, subject to various factors, there are many problems that seriously affect the flexible management of higher vocational colleges. Therefore, higher vocational colleges need to improve the current management concept, clearly flexible management objectives, to meet the actual needs.
