介绍了《工业循环水冷却设计规范》(GB/T50102—2003)和《火力发电厂水工设计规范》(DL/T5339—2006)中冷却塔静风局部稳定检算方法——屈曲临界应力状态的公式来源、试验背景以及参数取值原则等,便于设计研究人员正确理解和应用局部稳定检算公式。根据Mungan针对圆柱壳、双曲壳以及加劲双曲壳的一系列试验及与其他国家规范的比较,指出了现行规范中相关条款的缺陷,为规范条款的修订和完善提供了参考。
