以建成投产的湖北中孚化工集团有限公司5万t/a湿法磷酸精制工程为例,详细介绍华中师范大学溶剂萃取法精制湿法磷酸工艺流程、技术创新点、经济技术指标及成本核算,表明其技术具有以下特点:萃取剂的选择性强,萃取效率高并易于回收利用;沉降剂沉降能力大,使萃取工序的原料品位容许波动余地增大;洗余水副产工业磷酸一铵,磷酸产品梯级利用,磷的综合利用率得到提高;工艺流程简单,操作性强;生产成本低,产品质量好;工艺节能减排效果好,具有很强的竞争优势。
