通过对胃癌患者手术前后血清SIL-2R变化的研究,探讨手术前后机体免疫功能的变化及SIL-2R变化的临床意义。双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(EILSA)同批检测胃癌患者手术前后血清SIL-2R水平。胃癌患者术前血清SIL-2R水平显著升高;术后30天,行胃癌根治术组的SIL-2R水平较术前显著降低,行胃癌非根治术组的SIL-2R水平无明显变化;术后90天,胃癌根治术组SIL-2R水平与正常对照组比较无显著性差异,非根治术组SIL-2R水平无明显的变化。血清SIL-2R水平的检测,可反映手术前后机体免疫功能的变化,而手术减少肿瘤负荷,对胃癌患者的预后有重要意义。
The changes of serum SIL-2R before and after surgery in patients with gastric cancer were studied to explore the changes of immune function and the clinical significance of SIL-2R before and after surgery. Double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (EILSA) was used to detect serum SIL-2R levels in patients with gastric cancer before and after surgery. Preoperative serum SIL-2R levels in patients with gastric cancer were significantly higher. At 30 days after surgery, SIL-2R levels in the radical gastrectomy group were significantly lower than before surgery. No significant changes in SIL-2R levels were found in the non-radical gastrectomy group. At the end of 90 days, there was no significant difference in SIL-2R between the radical gastrectomy group and the normal control group. There was no significant change in the SIL-2R level in the non-radical surgery group. The detection of serum SIL-2R level can reflect the changes of immune function before and after surgery, and the reduction of tumor burden by surgery has important significance for the prognosis of gastric cancer patients.
