徐塘发电厂装有二台SG-480/46型锅炉,其低温段过热器是单回路,蒸汽流速为13.7米/秒。由于蒸汽流速较低,管壁对蒸汽的放热系数小,当锅炉负荷超过3.5万瓩时,低温段过热器经常超温,严重影响了锅炉的安全运行。为此,徐塘发电厂将单回路改为双回路,具体方案如下:将低温段过热器原来的出口联箱改为中间联箱,另加两只小联箱,作为低温段过热
