本论文基于农户行为、环境外部性等重要理论,利用调查分析法、脱钩理论等统计与计量分析方法对农地利用碳排放及减排政策进行定性和定量研究。分析黄冈市临港经济开发区宏观上能源使用与碳排放情况;与微观上农户农地利用与保护现状,揭示了农地利用碳排放的微观机理;科学构建农地利用碳排放测算体系,测算并把握碳排放历史规律和空间特征,对碳排放影响因素进行分解研究;最后在借鉴国外经验的基础上合理构建了农地利用碳减排的政策体系。
Based on important theories such as farmer’s behavior and environmental externality, this dissertation conducts a qualitative and quantitative research on the policy of using carbon emissions and reducing emissions of agricultural land based on statistical analysis methods such as investigation and analysis and decoupling theory. Analyze the macroscopic energy use and carbon emission of Lingang Economic Development Zone in Huanggang City; Reveal the microcosmic mechanism of utilizing carbon emissions from agricultural land; Construct a scientific estimation system of carbon emissions from agricultural land use, And grasp the history and spatial characteristics of carbon emissions and study the factors that affect carbon emissions. Finally, based on the experiences of other countries, we have constructed a reasonable policy system for reducing carbon emissions from agricultural land.
