大型露天煤矿开采初期,将有大量的土岩外排,每年为此花费的运输费用约占原煤成本的一半左右。如果能对排弃物料的流向流量给予合理的安排,必将为矿山节省大量的资金。我国开发的大型露天煤矿大都以卡车运输为主,物料的排弃运输对矿山的经济效益影响更大。因此本文主要针对以卡车运输为主的露天煤矿,编制了一套较为简单的适应于年度设计中土岩流向流量优化的模型。
In the early stage of large-scale open-pit coal mining, a large amount of earth and rock will be discharged outside the country. The annual transportation cost for this purpose accounts for about half of the cost of raw coal. If the flow of waste materials flow to give a reasonable arrangement, will save a lot of money for the mine. Most large-scale opencast coal mines developed in our country are mainly truck transportation, and the abandonment of materials has a greater impact on the economic benefits of mines. Therefore, in this paper, aiming at the open-pit mine dominated by trucking, a set of simple model that is adapted to the flow optimization of soil-rock flow in the annual design was compiled.
