一、评价煤炭企业管理现代化水平的指标体系煤炭企业管理现代化水平指标体系包括反映管理现代化基础工作的管理工作指标(软指标)和反映管理现代化效果的技术经济指标(硬指标)两部分。1.管理工作指标。主要考核基础管理、专业管理、现代化管理、安全生产和精神文明建设等指标,又划分为各项细类指标,见图1。

Indicator System for Evaluating the Modernization Level of Coal Enterprise Management The indicator system for the modernization of coal enterprise management includes the management indicators (soft indicators) reflecting the basic work of management modernization and the technical and economic indicators (indicators) reflecting the effectiveness of management modernization. 1. Management indicators. The main assessment of basic management, professional management, modern management, safety production and spiritual civilization construction indicators, but also divided into various sub-indicators, shown in Figure 1.
