慢性泪囊炎是一种眼科常见疾病，多见于中老年人，女性尤多，特别是在农村或边远地区其发病率较高，表现为泪囊眦角和结膜囊内有较多黏液性或脓性分泌物。2003年1月至2004年5月，我科共收治慢性泪囊炎患者16例，行鼻腔泪囊吻合术16例，现将护理体会作如下介绍：
