在LABVIEW平台上利用希尔伯特-黄变换方法,对某型飞机的垂尾整流罩系统的前支架在随机载荷作用下的振动疲劳试验数据进行时频联合分析,得出前支架的一阶固有频率及其上应变值在试验最后300 s的变化趋势,从而为研究其上疲劳裂纹的产生和扩展提供参考数据,并最终判断支架的试验疲劳寿命为4 525 s。同时将HHT法与短时傅里叶变换法得到的结果进行了对比,验证了HHT方法在疲劳损伤时频分析方面的有效性和优势。
In the LABVIEW platform, the Hilbert-Huang transform method was used to time-frequency joint analysis of the vibration fatigue test data of the vertical bracket system of a certain type of aircraft under random loads. The first-order intrinsic Frequency and the value of its upper strain in the last 300 s of the test trend to provide reference data for the study of the generation and expansion of the fatigue crack on it and finally determine the test fatigue life of the stent 4 525 s. At the same time, the results of HHT method and short-time Fourier transform method are compared, and the validity and advantage of HHT method in time-frequency analysis of fatigue damage are verified.
