1月11日至12日,2013年全国海事工作会议在深圳召开。会议深入贯彻落实党的十八大精神,对2012年和党的十六大以来的海事工作进行了总结,并对2013年的工作任务进行了部署。海上交通发展迅猛安全形势持续稳定2012年是实施海事“十二五”规划、推进海事科学发展的重要一年。海事系统紧紧围绕水上交通安全监管中心工作,保障了水上安全形势持续稳定。据统计,全年全国共发生运输船舶交通事故270件,死亡失踪277人,沉船165艘,与去年同期相比分别下降9.4%、4.8%、5.7%。海事部门全面加强现场监管,全年共对12.2万艘次船舶进行了防污染检查,PSC和FSC检查同比分别增长
