目的探讨石榴皮对幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)甲硝唑耐药株及敏感株的体外抑制作用。方法琼脂稀释法检测石榴皮水煎剂对H.pylori甲硝唑耐药株和敏感株的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),并计算MIC50、MIC75、MIC90。结果石榴皮对H.pylori的MIC的范围为7.8125~500mg/ml,H.pylori甲硝唑耐药株和敏感株对石榴皮水煎剂的敏感性无统计学差异(相对中位数潜力1.072,95%的可信区间为0.763~1.513),石榴皮对H.pylori甲硝唑耐药株和敏感株的MIC50分别为29.9mg/ml和28.0mg/ml,MIC75分别为65.1mg/ml和59.1mg/ml,MIC90分别为131.1mg/ml和115.9mg/ml。结论石榴皮有良好的抑菌效果,H.pylori甲硝唑耐药株及敏感株都对其敏感。
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of pomegranate peel on metronidazole resistant and susceptible strains of Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori) in vitro. Methods Agar dilution method was used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the water extract of P. granatum in the H.pylori metronidazole-resistant and susceptible strains. MIC50, MIC75, and MIC90 were calculated. Results The MIC of H.pylori in the pomegranate peel ranged from 7.8125 to 500 mg/ml. There was no significant difference in sensitivity between the H.pylori metronidazole-resistant and susceptible strains in the pomegranate peel decoction (relative median potential 1.072 The 95% confidence interval was 0.763 to 1.513. The MIC50 of the pomegranate peel against metronidazole-resistant and susceptible strains of H. pylori was 29.9 mg/ml and 28.0 mg/ml, respectively. The MIC75 was 65.1 mg/ml respectively. At 59.1 mg/ml, the MIC90 was 131.1 mg/ml and 115.9 mg/ml, respectively. Conclusion The pomegranate peel has a good antibacterial effect. Metronidazole resistant strains and sensitive strains of H.pylori are sensitive to it.
