柔性包带作为一种大型环形桁架天线的关键部件,解锁释放后的展开动力学行为对大型可展开天线的可靠展开具有重要影响.包带展开过程呈现大位移、大转动、大变形的特点,属典型的柔性体几何非线性范畴,其展开动力学行为异常复杂.文中基于10 m级大型可展开天线的柔性包带特性与功能要求,采用几何精确法建立了柔性包带的展开动力学数值分析模型,通过研究识别了影响展开动力学特性的关键参数,开展了常温及高低温下的展开试验验证,试验与数值分析结果相符,验证了数值分析结果的有效性

The unfolding tests were carried out at room temperature and at high and low temperatures. The experimental results were in good agreement with the numerical results, which verified the validity of the numerical results
