职业院校学生知识与技能两方面同步发展,以期成为社会实用型劳动者。企业需要的也正是具有完美人格的新型劳动者。人文素养的教育和培养已成为制约或促进学生内在纵深发展的关键。教育部副部长鲁昕在考察山西工程职业技术学院时指出:“院校的高楼大厦代表不了职业教育的质量水平。只有当这些身穿蓝色工作服的年轻一代下班后,穿上西服、系上领带去休闲,懂得欣赏名曲、名诗、名画了,才真正做到职业教育的脱胎换骨。”她的话可谓对职业院校的进一步发展指明了方向:
