虽然很多商业人士认为自由市场经济是创新的最佳场所,但创新的形成也需要其它的先天条件。首先是法律制度;其次是企业家对创新的热情,而不仅仅是复制他人的成功;再次是把握创新产生利润机会的能力;最后是创新取代了价格战成为推动经济发展的强大动力。
Although many business people think that free market economy is the best place for innovation, the formation of innovation also needs other innate conditions. The first is the legal system. The second is the entrepreneurial enthusiasm for innovation, not just the success of others. The third is the ability to grasp the opportunities that innovation generates. The last is that innovation has replaced price wars as a powerful impetus to economic development.
