通过挤出共混的方式制备了玻璃纤维增强聚乳酸复合材料,并采用EVA对该复合材料进行了增韧改性;系统研究了玻璃纤维添加量、增韧剂用量等对复合材料机械性能的影响规律,并结合扫描电子显微镜等仪器对其增强及增韧改性的机理进行了研究。结果表明:在一定的添加范围内,EVA不仅可以改善玻璃纤维增强聚乳酸复合材料的冲击性能,而且能显著提高复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度等力学性能。
The glass fiber reinforced polylactic acid composite was prepared by extrusion blending and toughening the composite by EVA. The effects of the amount of glass fiber and the amount of toughening agent on the mechanical properties of the composite Influence law, and combined with scanning electron microscopy and other equipment to enhance its toughening and modification of the mechanism were studied. The results show that EVA can not only improve the impact properties of glass fiber reinforced polylactic acid composite but also can significantly improve the mechanical properties such as tensile strength and flexural strength of the composites within a certain range of addition.
