本文是5,920位企业经营者参与的“2008·企业经营者问卷跟踪调查”的报告主要内容。经营者普遍认为今年以来经济明显降温,投资及出口需求大幅下滑,消费需求增长乏力;企业产销增速下滑,盈利减少。面对企业的新困难、新挑战,经营者希望通过加强自身管理,提升企业竞争力;建议进一步加快政府职能转变,推进垄断性行业改革;期望社会各界帮助他们提振信心,渡过难关。
This article is the main part of the report entitled “2008 · Survey of Business Managers Questionnaire” involving 5,920 business managers. Operators generally believe that since the beginning of this year, the economy has obviously cooled down. The demand for investment and exports has dropped sharply, and the sluggish growth in consumer demand. The growth rate of production and sales of enterprises has dropped while the profitability has dropped. Facing the new difficulties and new challenges of the enterprises, the operators hope to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises by strengthening their own management. It is suggested that the government should further speed up the transformation of its functions and promote the reform of monopoly industries. It is hoped that all sectors of society can help them boost their confidence and weather the storm.
