职业院校财务管理是院校组织学校财务活动、处理各种财务关系的一项经济管理工作,主要涉及到职业院校的教学、科研、后勤等方面。当前,职业院校财务管理无论在理念、管理还是财务人员的素质等方面均存在很多的不足,财务管理不科学,职业院校在财务管理与核算方面出现很多漏洞和弊端。因此,我们必须提高职业院校财务管理重要性的认识,建立科学有效的财务内控制度,提高财务人员的素质。本文就此做了一些探究,并提出了完善职业院校财务管理的几点建议和措施。
The financial management of vocational colleges is an economic management work of colleges and universities in organizing school financial activities and dealing with various financial relations, which mainly involves the teaching, research and logistics of vocational colleges. At present, there are many deficiencies in the management of financial management in vocational colleges in terms of concept, management and quality of financial staff. The financial management is unscientific. There are many loopholes and malpractices in the financial management and accounting of vocational colleges. Therefore, we must raise awareness of the importance of financial management in vocational colleges, establish a scientific and effective financial internal control system and improve the quality of financial staff. This article does some research on this, and puts forward some suggestions and measures to improve the financial management in vocational colleges.
