文化是增强民族凝聚力的重要源泉,而工会是现代工人阶级的群众性组织,对宣传我们美术馆文化有重要的作用,是职工与美术馆之间的一个连接纽带。故而工会在职工文化建设中是一个必不可少的组织,它是职工在美术馆发展中与美术馆发展紧紧相连的一个共同家园。本文结合我们美术馆工会的性质,着重探讨工会在职工文化建设中的地位和作用。
Culture is an important source of enhancing national cohesion. The trade unions are mass organizations of the modern working class and play an important role in promoting the culture of our museum. They are a link between workers and art galleries. Therefore, the trade unions are an indispensable organization in the cultural construction of workers and staff. Workers’ unions are a common home that is closely linked with the development of art galleries in the development of art galleries. Based on the nature of our art museum trade union, this paper focuses on the status and role of trade unions in the staff cultural construction.
