着重研究水玻璃砂真空硬化工艺的参数及其影响因素,并借助于扫瞄电镜对试样断口的分析,找到了影响水玻璃砂 CO_2硬化强度、溃散性及其他性能好坏的原因。生产验证证明,该工艺解决了长期以来未能解决的水玻璃砂溃散性差及旧砂回用难的问题。
Focusing on the parameters and influencing factors of the vacuum hardening process of sodium silicate sand, the reasons that affect the hardenability, collapsibility and other properties of the sodium silicate sand were found by means of scanning electron microscopy. Proof of production proved that the process to solve a long time failed to solve the collapse of sodium silicate sand and poor reuse of old sand problems.
