胡锦涛总书记在党的十七大报告中指出:要“坚持深化改革和创新体制,加强反腐倡廉建设”。十七届中央纪委六次全会要求,在反腐倡廉建设实践中,要“坚持抓好惩防体系建设各项具体任务的落实,有效发挥教育、预防等功能,积极创新思路,大胆工作,狠抓落实,坚持统筹协调、标本兼治,努力营造风清气正的社会环境”。以改革创新的精神推进反腐倡廉建设,迫切需要深入贯彻落实科学发展观,大力推进纪检监察工作创新。
General Secretary Hu Jintao pointed out in the report to the 17th CPC National Congress: “We must persistently deepen the reform and innovation system and strengthen the anti-corruption campaign.” The Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection requires that in the practice of combating corruption and building a clean government, we should "give full play to the fulfillment of all the specific tasks for the construction of a system of punishment and prevention, give effective play to such functions as education and prevention, actively innovate and boldly work, Firmly implement, adhere to co-ordination, tackling both symptoms and endeavors to create a clean air social environment. In the spirit of reform and innovation to promote anti-corruption and build a clean government, there is an urgent need to thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development and vigorously promote discipline inspection and supervision innovation.
